Frequently Asked Questions
What about unused hours?
All unused hours for any month are carried over to the next
month. However, hours cannot be carried over from year to
year.
Do I receive a discount if I pay
for my plan upfront?
Yes. Clients who pay for a 6 or 12 month plan upfront receive
a 5% discount on the total plan price. This discount is
also included on any additional hours purchased for each
month of that plan.
How is the maintenance billed?
All work is billed in 15 minute increments.
How long are the web maintenance
contracts?
Clients have a choice of 6 month or 12 month contracts.
Can I cancel our contract if I wish?
In the unlikely event you choose to cancel your contract,
you pay only 25% of your remaining balance. For example,
if your remaining balance is $500, there would be a $125
fee to end the contract early.
Can we use hours in advance?
No, hours must be accrued before they can be used.
